The Columbus Marathon Good news for all you finishers who missed the fleece hat at the finish line -- they will be available at Second Sole Gahanna (315 Stoneridge Lane, Gahanna, OH 43230) starting tomorrow (Oct. 27). Please bring in your bib # to pick up your hat. Hours: Mon-Fri: 10-8pm Sat: 10-6pm Sun: 12-5pm.

well its possible to the .2 is correct, as the couse is measured on very spefic line, and if you not running on those blue arrows, after 26.2 miles and extra .2 could have occurred.. Now that 3.49 pace, that would be an awsome mile.. :)

This was my second full marathon, both in Columbus. Last year was great, and this year was even better. The course, the volunteers, the crowds and the entertainment were all super! Thank you, Columbus!

I finished in 3:35:39, just short of the 3:30:59 to qualify for Boston in my current age group. I drove home happy with my time, ready to try again... See More next year. The next morning, I learned that, since I turn 50 next year and the time for that group is 3:35:59, I qualify to run Boston in 2011! I MADE IT BY 20 SECONDS!

Experienced my first DNF in the marathon, but despite my personal disappointment, was impressed with the race. A little congested at the start (and obviously, I can't speak to the finish;). Only wish I had had a better day so I could have enjoyed the whole course and the excitement of the finish.

The tweet my time concept was great, it seemed to work pretty well for the most part. I suspect there was a mathematical programming error, but as a concept it was pretty neat.

The Columbus Marathon Sleep tight everyone! Bundle up tomorrow.....you can always throw off your extra layers in the first mile or so. One of our fabulous volunteers gathers the discarded clothes, launders them and distributes to homeless in Columbus. Good luck tomorrow!!!

It usually is not necessary, but it does not hurt, makes it hard to forget the number when loking for your table.
They will have every runners name and bib number before you enter the expo.

There are less than 200 registrations available in the 1/2 Marathon (out of 9,000 spots) and there is still availability in the Corporate Wellness 5K.
