The setting was the Temple, where 47 members of the Expanded World Church Leadership Council and other leaders spent several days discussing culturally respectful standards of conduct.

Community of Christ According to The Kansas City Star, on November 6, 1959, 7,000 heard Catharine Crozer play the inaugural recital of the the Community of Christ Auditorium Organ. On November 6, 2009, the fiftieth anniversary of that event, Dr. Jan Kraybill will recreate the inaugural recital in a free concert celebrating the organ's 50th birthday. We invite you to come!
