The Congress Theater

Since I cannot get through any other way, I am very very disappointed! I attended the Luis Fonsi concert and I paid for the VIP, we were put up in the balcony section. We were told that after the concert we would have the opportunity to meet Luis Fonsi. This is the reason why I paid for the VIP. As soon as the concert ended, security came out and ... Read Moretold us that Luis Fonsi had left!!! At least 30 people were in the balcony. I tried to speak to different people that night as to what could be done to make this right. No one knew anything and apparently the manager was not there. I was given several phone numbers and have tried to contact individuals through them. No one called back or emailed me back. Finally, I got through and Eddie answered the phone and said to email him that he would forward it to the correct person. I emailed him last week and have yet to hear anything. I spent 200 dollars to be placed in the balcony, when I could have gotten the tickets for free in the newspaper and stood front row! Hopefully now someone will get back to me as to how we can resolve this matter. I never had a problem with the Congress Theater before, and I hope that this will be resolved promptly.

Thank you so much for getting back to me about this promptly, I still haven't heard from anyone yet. I just really hope I get this resolved and feel badly for all of the people that had to go through this.
