Plese tell me how my wife who is 58 and I am 57 we have BCBS Options and pay 1430.00 a month with a 1500.00 ded for each for major medical and prescription plan. Everyyear the price goes up 15-20% It is costing us almost 20,000 a year right now for coverage. WHAT WILL THIS BILL DO YOU US. We make about 75,000. Please Congressman tell me how the Congress will help us out.

I am against the public option as my employer pays for 100% of my health benefits- which they WILL drop as soon as this plan goes into action- If the government would actually show me the plan and break it down instead of posting the bill which no one without a Harvard Law degree could actually decipher- then i might change my mind if i could understand it.

Traci...I have actually expressed my agreement with several individuals in this thread, so I'm not arguing with everyone here. Also, I am (as I assume you are) a resident in Vern's district. I believe we're all discussing our opinions here. Just because it is different then yours, doesn't mean you should be allowed to speak and I should not.

Thank you Vern for bringing the people at home back to the true reality of why any of us are truely doing there. It would have been nice if we had someone like you around during the Viet Nam era.
