Blanca De Dios I love everithing about food and cooking, and I got the first book "Cooking Essentials" a couple of months ago, and it's amazing, it explained all the essentials about cooking and has great pictures and recipes. I already cooked two of the recipes on the book. My first Tlagiatelle Bolognese it was delicious!! Love the book and magazines.
