I don't impress easily and CCA has continued to impress me across the board. No Regrets- glad I joined and upgraded- the Lifetime Membership is worth it.

Sara Bastings Has anyone smoked a turkey w/stuffing before? Is it safe to stuff a smoked turkey (to cook while the turkey is cooking)?

You can cook it that way, however you will come out with a very strong tasting stuffing. I did it once and the stuffing had such a strong smoky taste that it was hardly edible.
