As any sevices they pale to perfection, yet try to find the best staff and station that do the computers well enough without over charges and fines,that are knowledgable about customers needs.Im having local problems, same as before no reps,capable of working, new staff again.over charging!!!When They Make The Mistake.and denied service, false cut ... Easy flip floppable when lost!!! or misplaced ,its easier and least exspencive at times, but would love warranty on lifetime replacements, and they all get stolen so darned easy tooo.so replacements can cost ya.Also whats bad is they change the contracts for the warranties with a flip of a switch one day its there one day its not next day Im not fooled....
