CrossFit CLE Stronger. Faster. And Fit As F***.

The first Painstorm was a gathering of CrossFitters from the UK. Since some traveled up to 6 hours by bus for the meet, doing "Fran" or "Helen" and calling it a day just didn't cut it. These workouts weren't for the weak of heart, and soon turned into a competition between CrossFitters from all over the UK, Europe, the... US, and military.
Their goal: create the "almost impossible" workout.
CrossFit CLE would like to invite you, along with CrossFitters from all over the area, to an especially "painful" workout on Saturday, August 29th at 10AM.
There is no cost or entry fee to participate. Simply show-up on-time for the workout and give it 100%.
There will be two levels of competition for men and women: Savages and the Pack. Savages will compete in the no-holds barred, stop-crying-for-your-momma workout. The Pack will go through a scaled version of said WOD.
Whether you're a newbie, consistent daily CrossFitter, or prepping for next year's CrossFit Games, it's your choice with whom you will compete; however, no scaling will be allowed.
While no registration is required, if you plan on attending, please shoot me an email with your name and which group (Pack or Savage) you'll be competing. [This will make set-up and preparation a bit easier.]
