* +1 and +2 Tomes may be purchased by characters of any level, provided they have left the starter/intro area and reached Stormreach Harbor. However, +1 Tomes may only be used by characters level 3 or higher, and +2 Tomes may only be used by characters level 7 or higher. +2 Tomes will not stack with other inherent bonuses to individual stats (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma), like those from other tomes, but will replace them if greater.
