how do i transfer my old characters from tristan to ywain if i can no longer log onto tristan?

@aj bashaw.. when u log into the game and pick a server .. at the bottom of the server selection page is a lil box that says show archived servers.. click that and then log into tris ... you have to log each toon in and type: /freexfer <ywain server>.. after you do this to your toons , log out and shut down daoc , then relog into the ywain server you want.

My alts are in SI albion and I can't login on them either so just an FYI...

Should allow transfers off of mordred (just force a check to ensure that alb gear doesnt follow a hib char etc).

Finnally, Spounds like Gole is starting to sound like a real Dragon Raid... Guess ill have to log on Co-Op so see if this is true. I hope to have the adds and problems I would have on Gjalp or Glimmer.

Yeah.. shades of mist was pretty messed up. We attempted to do SOM encounter and killed one mob.. no problem. Ok.. on to the next mob... everytime chanter would put focus shield on pet... the mob would aggro chanter and then the second mob ran straight towards chanter... not the healer that was healing like crazy.. nooooo... the chanter....lol. So much fun.

1 account - 1 IP address would fix everything. the game was intended to have to make choices within your group as to who got what buffs, etc. and keeping your healer / buffer alive so you don't lose them. Bots are completely outside the scope of the gameplay as intended.

Well the Dragon Changes on Gaheris royally SUCK !!! We are a PvE server....because we ENJOY things like Dragons !!! A group went in for a Dragon Raid last night, killed Gjalp it took over 45 min for just the body to disapear -- not respan. They went around killed all the addys and the names while they were waiting. A total of an hour and a half ... Read Moreand the dragon didn't respawn, NOR DID the Addy's respawn.

This basically now makes one of the more enjoyable zones in the game for a PvE server obsolete if the addys are going to take just as long to respawn as the dragon is. On top of while they were battling the dragon on top of the normal mobs you get with the dragon spawn the entire lair would repawn every few minutes.

Mythic, do something, there has to be a happy medium ground you can work at. First they were farmable now they are basically useless !!!

the funny thing about costume potions is that you can use them in any zone except rvr zones when its not halloween time and they restrict them even more lol

Well lets be honest there was a 3 year gap between "press release" news on mythic entertainments website...

It's like they rounded a corner with Warhammer and don't wanna look back :_( the most recent update was Aug 13th and it spoke about how Darkness Rising and Lab are now free. And don't get me wrong that's all fine and dandy; But lets see some muscle backing this game.

I mean I recall when Mythic first released the classic servers. It was really a big deal to a lot of players. There was more players on one Classic server than there is now on the cluster.

Mythic/EA you can bring the game back you have the skilled marketing teams and the financial ability to push some new ads out to the online community. Do it pa pa pa Plz!

Well EA/Mythic have the money to do this, UPGRADE the game?, why not? but I´m thinking in a new expansion based on the old game, let´s start over again, a new major city for each faction, new leaders. Hibernia can be ruled by an Elf Queen (mentalist), Albion by a royal prince (Paladin) yet to become king and Midgard by an elder dwarf (Thane), those leaders have to build up a new kingdom and get ready for battle as soon as they can...

New character animation, spells, combat styles, bring something to this game, more freedom in battle PVE/PVP

Add more customize options, where "IF" you want, you can take a few minutes creating your character and look different from the other players or just choose a basic character template and log right away to the game.... Read More

Once reach certain level players will be able to fight with their horses on pvp scenarios (full control of the mount)

Make live events every 4 months, one of them called the Crusade, join thousand of players and go to the frontiers and challenge the enemy realm.

Purchase new houses outside the major cities not only in the housing area.

Why is there no hib achery/spell reinforced helm like in albion and mid? Not every ranger or bard wants a melee only helm.
