Where are the leaders? Sorry I am one man who does not see this as a Mom problem but as a Dad problem. If dad's were fully invested in leading their families instead of abdicating in favor of Mom, would we be here now? I think not. If irate Dad's showed up at the PTA, would schools be where they are? Let's focus on the root of the problem no matter the source. Wake up men!

I disagree. It's not "proof" it's a woman's world to me as much as a comment on women picking up the slack left by a lack of real men in their life, in business or in general.

The most common comment I get from women is they're tired of waiting for men to step up whatever their "excuse" is and they're going to do what they need to. Nature abhors a vacuum. When it's a lack of leadership from men, who's left to fill it in?

It's true that this is not "bad" for women. It's GREAT for women! And it does indicate a failure on men's part to "step up to the plate" and do their share of leading as well.
Not just in the literal "government" capacity, but the way that so many men are quick to abdicate their masculine role.

Ya know sumtin'... If I have to hear one more time "...some nice girl out there..." I'm gonna start throwing fists! In the past I could have agreed with the whole article, but not anymore: If she's all of a sudden swinging it for the nice guy, then either his lucky (which he isn't, he's in fact the last choice) or she has given up her fight (and I ain't settling for a beautiful girl who thinks I'm nice...)

Yes a majority of men have been raised in a wuss society, that is why a true man is such a big thing to women, because there are not many of them
