Patrick Slattery

Patrick Slattery Fellow DeSales Fans!

Well, I hit my head on a rock, got up and have not been able to shake the idea of running for Pennsylvania State Representative.

My family and I have already put a lot on the line both personally and professionally and I need your help. This campaign is about a few simple ideas: accountable state go...vernment, lower taxes by reducing the cost of government and working for the people and not for the same old "politics as usual" crowd in Harrisburg! We are wrapping up our November fundraising push and if we hit our number, a supporter will contribute $1,000. Can you make a contribution of $50, $75 or $100 before the end of the month? It would really help.

We are almost at our goal. You can easily contribute via http://www.vote4patrick.com/contribute.html (on-line or by mail, your contribution will make a difference).

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you,

Patrick Slattery, DeSales M.B.A. !!!

DeSales University Students, you just never know what your homework might lead to. For one former student, a writing assignment from 1973 led to a published book: http://www.steve-mckee.com/sm/index.php/articles

An extraordinary story of an all-too-ordinary scenario: A father dies, a son remains, and the loss casts a long shadow across a generation. Rich in evocative detail of time, place, and family, it is a powerful memoir of love, forgiveness, and finding oneself.
