1) Rather than have an Icon for R – There is a seperate icon for RCmdr in Ubuntu Karmic Koala – Thus the default screen on opening is R Cmdr.

DecisionStats One more R GUI - right now only Linux OS supported ( Windows OS version is basic) as they work in stealth mode to finalize design before launching the big thing. Good thing is you dont need to know or learn any R before doing advanced graphs or stats- and its a pure mouse click GUI
