DanceLoveArt is a series of nomadic dance performances, installations, videos and performance interactions taking place in and around Art Basel Miami Beach.
DanceLoveArt will be hosted by Morgans Miami Properties with daily performances and dance insta...llations in the pools and onsite at Mondrian, Shore Club and Delano at sunset December 3, 4 & 5, 2009 4-6pm.
PDA is public display of art culminating in a public art dance proget "Peace Dance Art".
PDA is a dance performance in the ocean that will engage visitors to Art Basel, dancers and locals alike in a group dance sequence. Everyone is invited to participate in this motion in the ocean the PDA "wave" from Delano to the Shore Club. Together we will create a living human sculpture and symbol of peace to be photographed from the air and create an iconic message from South Beach during Art Basel to the world. Meet at noon on Saturday, December 5 at the Delano Beach Front; the performance starts at 1pm, Ben & Jerry's Toast at Shore Club to follow.
Morgans Hotel Group is proud to offer the local dance community a platform to showcase their work and would like to thank dance partners IN motion, Focal Point and Nobodies Crew.
