Des Moines In previous discussions many have brought up their thoughts on improving public transportation in Des Moines. FYI There is a public hearing on transportation issues in Des Moines that will be held 9/16 from 530-7 at the Des Moines Central Library. The information from the hearing will be compiled and given to lawmakers.
Des Moines If I'm not mistaken, over 10,000 people are at the Valley/Dowling football game tonight.... Incredible. That's more than the population of most towns in Iowa.
Des Moines ISU is winning their opener! If you are a Hawkeye fan, you'll get your shot at ISU next Saturday... but I'm sure you already knew that.

Des Moines Sorry there haven't been updates for a few days :( The person updating the site has been away. There is so much going on tonight. I have friends at the Waukee Fall Festival, a disc golf tournament, and a battle of the midwest bands at House of Bricks. I started to look through the event guide and its endless.... What are you doing tonight, Facebook friends?
