                      • Mark Beihoffer I try to build each computer to sip power as gently as possible - even wired up custom case fans last time to run on 5 volts instead of 12. (They spin a little slower but they still provide enough air flow I think...)

                      • Digital Simple There certainly is room for improvement in that area. I wish cases could be designed for better airflow (without sucking in all the pet hair in the house). Maybe Dyson should take a crack at it.

                    Digital Simple Internet Explorer Users: You're out of luck... Kidding. You can block flash too though it's a little messier. Toggle Flash is a program that will allow you to enable or disable Flash in IE but you have to do some setup and you get warnings on every page that has blocked content. My advice: get FireFox if you can.

                        Digital Simple Hey iPhone 3G users (not 3GS). If you upgraded to iOS 4 and noticed your phone got A LOT slower you should give this a shot. It worked well for me. Also; make sure and upgrade your apps.

                          • Barbara Robertson Thanks! I was actually told by a sales/tech @ the att store when I first purchased my 3G that doing that intermittently was just a good habit. Kind of slipped my mind recently & I didn't think about it after I upgraded.
