Ask your daughter what makes her feel beautiful. Has she been inspired by a self-esteem-building program? Ask her to share her story with you and talk about the difference it’s made in her life. Don’t have a daughter? Share this with someone who does.

Guidelines for Filming Her Video

• After your child completes the self-esteem program, ask her to tell you what she’s learned, and have her complete this sentence: “Now I know my ___________ is beautiful.”
• Film her from the waist up, speaking directly into the camera, so that she will visible on the wall.
• Videos should be no longer than 30 seconds in length.
• Make sure there are no other recognizable brand logos or products in the picture. The Dove® logo or the Dove Self-Esteem Fund logos are OK.
• Be sure there isn’t any music playing in the background. We can’t post videos with music that we don’t have the rights to use.
• Video should be .avi or.mov files, no larger than 50MB.

By uploading this video or photograph and any associated written text (collectively, "Video/Photograph"), I agree that my submission is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

I hereby grant to the DOVE brand and Unilever and their affiliates, assigns, licensees, legal representatives, successors-in-interest, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their employees and agents (hereinafter collectively "Unilever") the irrevocable, unrestricted, and absolute right in perpetuity to use and display the Video/Photograph, and the images and content therein (including the image, voice, appearance, quote, first name and last name initial, and state of the minor(s) appearing in the Video/Photograph) in whole or in part, on the websites/webpages www.dove.com, www.facebook.com/dove and/or www.facebook.com/doveselfesteemfund ("Websites") and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final display of the Video/Photograph now or in the future, and I understand that I have no right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Video/Photograph.

I understand and accept that Unilever shall have absolutely no obligation to use the Video/Photograph and/or to give feedback or to explain why the Video/Photograph is not posted on the Websites. Unilever shall have the sole right to reject or remove a Video/Photograph from the Websites at any time for any reason at Unilever’s sole discretion.

I understand and accept that the Video/Photograph shall not cannot contain any content that in Unilever’s sole and absolute discretion may be perceived as violent, immoral, offensive, illegal, pornographic, obscene, inappropriate, encourage images or activities that are dangerous, unsafe, or present unreasonable risk of harm to person or property, or that represents Unilever, the Dove brand or Unilever’s Self Esteem Partners in a negative light or disparaging manner not consistent with the reputation of Unilever, the Dove brand or Unilever’s Self Esteem Partners.

I represent and warrant that I am the parent or duly appointed guardian of the minor(s) appearing in the Video/Photograph.

I represent and warrant that the Video/Photograph is wholly original and submitted by me and was not copied in whole or in part from any other work and does not constitute a libel against, or an invasion of the right of privacy or publicity of any person, firm or corporation, or violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, common law or statutory or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation.

I further represent and warrant that I own the copyright to the Video/Photograph submitted by me and that I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Unilever harmless from and against any loss, liability, judgment, cost or expense of any kind and character suffered or incurred by Unilever by reason of any breach or alleged breach of any of the foregoing warranties by me.
