Christopher Tytell I've been to many bakeries around here but for some reason the cookies they have at the Joe Jamz pizzeria have been a crazy addiction for me..try them when they're baked...macadamia ones are the best. The pizza place is a block down from Young's Circle, 320 S Federal on the corner of Jackson St..diagonal from the Bre...ad Building...on the right going toward's the elem school

Janet

Janet Just put an offer on a condo at Hillcrest. It was a great deal but I didn't have time to circle the neighborhoods or downtown. I like the fact that its close to Miami but without the chaos. Can someone give me tidbits on the good AND the ugly. I did take a drive but wound up near Miramar. I would have loved to visit do...wntown or the beach. does anyone have any info on Hillcrest condos? all is welcome. thanks.

Most of the residents are seniors so you may want to check the age range in your building. I mention that because the condos with predominantly older residents will have a lot more restrictions. The area is ok but I wouldn't recommend taking a walk down south on 56th Ave by yourself.
