Drury University Former Price Is Right host and Drury University graduate, Bob Barker, gave his alma mater $1 million to establish the Dorothy Jo Barker Endowed Professorship of Animal Rights. In 2008, Barker gave Drury $1 million to establish the Drury University Forum on Animal Rights that led to this semesters Animal Ethics course.

Drury University It was 136 years ago today that Drury's very first students - all 39 of them - were welcomed to the start of classes for the first time. We've come a long way since that Sept. 25 back in 1873, and the Drury community took time today to celebrate the occasion.

Taking cue from the international and transitory nature of the city itself, Berlin, Poor but Sexy, is a survey exhibition of ten international artists who (currently or recently) are living and working in Berlin. Five of thes...e artists, all originally from Denmark, will be in Springfield for the week to install and attend the exhibition. If anyone is interested in them stopping by a class, please let me know because they would love to speak with students.
Sarrita Hunn will be in town all week and would be happy to stop by classes too.
