I don't know what has happened in the last month, but my bill went from $97.65 to $168.95! This is insane! It is winter time and we hardly use the heater during the day...we ABSOLUTELY don't use the heater as much as we used our air conditioner during the summer and this amount is almost what I paid during the hottest part of the summer time. There is something not right about this!

I've been watching to make sure I didn't get charged for the 3 tries I made. Looks like the last one took but the others didn't. Even with this little glitch I'm still glad I chose dynowatt. I've had nothing but the best luck with your billing support. Much more helpful than my last energy company.

Hello Dynowatt, I saw how some people have stated some of their issues with Dynowatt and they have gotten better answers on facebook than by calling the main number. I've only been a customer with Dyno since September. I put a 350 deposit. We have to move in January and I wanted to transfer my service. The customer service lady stated I have to pay... See More another deposit for the new address and wait a few months for my deposit to be returned. I've never heard of a company asking for another deposit when some one is in good standing and already put a deposit. I'm stressed out because it will be right after the holidays and I don't have that size of a deposit. Honestly I rather pay a transfer fee than 350 again. All this does is make me want to look into another company that does not have this kind of process. I like your company but this is stressful. Please help me !!!!!!

Well it's too late now Dyno. I tried to split one of my HUGE summer bills into two payments, and instead of working with me, you shut our electricity off. You've left a very bad taste in my mouth. Since I've signed on, it's been a difficult relationship.

@Martha, In reviewing your account it is noted that you spoke with a Dynowatt Customer care representative this August and he expressed to you the concern that we had never received the email you had sent requesting a payment plan. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to work with you to prevent the disconnection of your power. In the future, please always contact the customer care team in regards to any payment arrangements that need to be made.
