Nope! Everyone I've ever met says I'm totally sunburn-proof! I guess they're right tho; I've only had two very minor sunburns, each on my shoulder blades, the first one when I was 13, the next about a month ago

If possible if you experience problems with our product we would like for you to make that aware to one of our stores or our customer service department. We take pride in our product and it's quality and in order to make sure that you receive the product you deserve it would be helpful to know specific styles that may be a problem so we can address it.

And as for the nickel-free question we currently do not carry any jewelry that is nickel-free and are looking into this.
