It might be a good idea to put an additional "brown" tax on those things that are especially bad, like bottled water and coal energy. That's one way to draw attention to things that are wasteful for those people who aren't yet green-conscious!

Thanks, Beth! It's nice to see some cities doing things like eliminating plastic bag use or even larger retailers like Target and CVS striving to reduce their plastic bag distribution.
