My credentials are comprised of a background in psychology, combined with experience with a variety of drugs and a 'genetic predisposition' to anxiety and depression- which I denied and rejected. I also accredit the statement to general knowledge and experience in the workings of the brain and the effect of society on it. Besides, look around and ... Read Moresee all the people who accept the false idea of an addiction not being their doing- "I know I'm grossly overweight, but it's not because I eat McDonald's four times a week, it's a disease", "I can't help that I need to drink a 26er every day to keep from dying, it's a disease", "It's not my fault... I can't help it... I was born this way...". It's basically common knowledge and this article only reinforces the belief in people that someone ELSE will save them because they're powerless to this 'diease'.

The money comes from the people, ultimately. At some level, it is about the choices we make.

Absolutely! Organic farming is growing to scale in the mid-west and farmers are finding they can make more profit through diversification. Why do you think multi-national agribusiness is producing (and buying up) organic lines now - consumer demand! Organic dairy herds are on average healthier and higher producers than factory farmed cows. There's no turning back now!

this site is pretty neat... it allows you to line up high-res images of the Martian surface with lower-res, older photos, and allows you to count the impact sites within some images. Pretty neat stuff, completely free, and it gives you wallpaper and extra-feature videos.
