Eco WALK the talk "OTHER WORLDS ARE POSSIBLE" is a report authored by leading environmentalists such as Profs Jayati Ghosh(India), Wangari Maathai(Kenya), Manfred Max-Neef (Chile) and David Woodward (Cambodia) with forewords by Dr. Pachauri & Dr. Herman Daly.
It confirms that "better ways to organise our economies, communities and livel...ihoods already surround us, and posits that there are more choices about our collective economic future than many policy makers and regulators claim."

Thanks for this link! We do a lot of mapping with communities. I've asked someone in the US to attend this workshop for us. We are already working on the application. With some other projects we have going... this is a great opportunity.

I plan to be at the indigenous mapping conference in June 2010 - in Seattle, WA. This is stage 1 and a great opportunity for us to interact with potential collaborators.

It's moving. Lots of planning and admin going on here. Good content and video storytelling is more important than the website for now. We are trying to get actual operational funds. I'm planning on running a webinar on issues related to sustainable coffee in January. We'll see. Mo is thinking about heading to Singapore, so we are one more team person down..... We are working on the application for the indigenous mapping exercise.
