Our story began when Adelaida Cuellar served tamales at a county fair in 1926. Her sons opened a cafe in Dallas in 1940, following their mother's recipes for enchiladas. With 70 locations, we still serve the favorites and new specialties of today.

The people i have worked with over these years really do become your family, cause if you work alot you see your work family more than your real family more like bro and sis, anyway ...we always try to prepare the food and present it in a quickly manner. Gail Russell is the gm there she has been for a lot of years. Since Gail was 18 shes put her heart and soul into that store, even through breast cancer and other surgeries shes still there. See a resterant can be some where to eat at on the outside, but inside is where your business is our first priority and you will get it from people who consider themselves family and your too!!
