Elsewhere Artist Collaborative

This is an event aimed at the greater green thumbs of Guilford county. We will be hosting a community gardening potluck and meetup at the Elsewhere Artist Collaborative on Saturday, October 17th. This event will serve as an opportunity to meet other individuals and groups actively engaged in planning and operating comm...unity garden projects in the Triad.

The plan for our event is very straight-forward. We will host a potluck dinner at 5pm in Elsewhere’s cooperative kitchen, followed by a round of presentations and collaborative brainstorming sessions next door in our library. All attendants are encouraged to bring a dish, as well as a short presentation concerning their projects and/or ideas, but if you merely want to contribute to the conversation, that’s fine as well.Read More

Join visiting artist Lindsey Palmer this Friday for an evening of old lady fun. Visit the artist in our fabric workshop as she stitches together her fabric topographical map that will be installed on our third floor. Take part in the mapping at our kitchen table were you can claim an object photograph and make it your ...own. Over the course of the evening a collective map will be created.
