Enterprise Community Partners The Washington Wizards posted a video of the Pollin Memorial Community Development groundbreaking. The development is named for the children of the late Abe Pollin, who was the owner of the D.C.-area basketball team and a true urban visionary. Enterprise had the honor of working closely with Abe on this development, wh...ich will be the future site of 125 green homes for police officers, firefighters, teachers and health care workers.

Enterprise Community Partners The Linda Joy and Kenneth Jay Pollin Memorial Community Development, named in honor of two of the late Abe Pollin’s children, will continue his legacy of public spirit and generosity by helping to provide workforce housing affordable to city workers, including police officers, firefighters, teachers and health care wor...kers.

Developed by the Abe Pollin Grantor Trust in partnership with Enterprise, the new community will feature 125 affordable for-sale and rental homes in northeast Washington, D.C. The green, mixed-income community will include 83 three-bedroom townhouses for sale and 42 rentals. The community will feature landscaped green space, a playground and an attractive streetscape.
