Terrific question. I have read and experienced that about 7% of a businesses customer base is lost annually depending on industry. Are blended strategies to retain and increase current customers as well as prospect new customers popular?

Definitely Mike! While research shows that 80% of the business comes from 20% of the customer base, a business still needs to attract new customers! Marketing tactics that attract and retain should be a staple in the strategy plan!
