Tommasina D Ashley I lost my job 5 months ago and I am now working at a stable caring for 13 horses. These boots will make my job MUCH easier this winter! Also, I had to move my 27 year old TB gelding to a less expensive barn. To get to the trails, you have to cross a stream and he HATES water. These boots will allow me to walk him across the stream w/o getting my feet wet!

All of us have our horses to take care of each morning and evening. And we all end up with wet barns and fields after it rains. So not much there which is different.
I too, like everyone else, have horses to take care of, stalls/barns to clean, fence line to walk and repair (as needed), and add to that I live in a coas...tal state which is known to get hit by hurricanes - last storm went through was only a low pressure (left overs of Ida) and we got dumped on in 2 days with 5+" rain. And of course there is ALWAYS a horse who I have to go get because they REFUSE to come up to the barn! Then throw in there the wind blows a gate open, breaks a fence which never happens when the rain lets up, it is always in the down pour!
Now add in there I dump and scrub my water troughs monthly - there is 185 gallons of water to try to avoid once it is all on the ground! (Notice the plural? I have more than one to keep up with!)
My barn tennis shoes are caked mud to the point I can only knock off what I can before I come in the house. And putting my feet in cold wet tennis shoes... makes me shiver just thinking about it!
As if I do not have enough to do at my place, there is the volunteer work I always seem to manage to do at various horse shows (2-3 day shows). Usually help out at about 7-8 shows per year and the last one I did... first day of the show it rained for the entire day!
Oh... to have the luxury of putting my feet in warm dry boots and not into cold shoes again! Then knowing when I go out, my feet will be toasty warm and dry, and no matter how much mud and slop I traipse and trudge through I can rinse them off! Then to be able to pack them with me to go help at horse shows to ensure I keep up with my duties and they not look as if I brought half the mud from my place to the show....

Taegan Tibbitts I also have 15 horses that i have at my house. I have now grown out of my barn boots and I am looking for another pair to do chores with. Everynight we have to go out and bring all of the horses in and hook them up to be grained. It is very muddy and every night i have to either rinse off my gym shoes or cowboy boots. These boats are aslo very cute!!
