Thanks for writing back. My dad just spent 3 hours on the phone with comcast... and it still doesn't work. They don't think the problem is on their end - I feel like I am chasing my tail. I just started the tradition last year of giving the Blockbuster to my daughters for Christmas. If you just use a few items, it really pays for itself. We all love really good make-up!
