    On Monday evening in Kansas City, bluestem Restaurant hosted chef Paul Virant from Chicago for a dinner celebrating his cookbook, Preservation Kitchen. Cooking for a sold-out event were chefs Paul Virant, Colby Garrelts (bluestem), Howard Hanna (The Rieger) and Jonathan Justus (Justus Drugstore).
