It becomes an issue when laws are made to enforce it. When it becomes a case of "by law, you must or have to". In response to the Ford,McDonalds, clothing store question, no they don't, but you know what they offer by the cars and trucks on the lot... by the neon menu posted at the drive- thru or inside above the registers, and by the mannequins in the window. No it's not about food, clothing, or cars...it's about the right to choose.

Although I am pro-choice without it being abused. (Abortion as a form of birth control) I don't see why it is a need to advertise.
