Too much going on or just right? I like the military feel and the zipper embellishments, but the lace trim seems tacked on without rhyme or reason. You could rip it off, but it doesn't feel that over the top to mean, just kinda pointless. Buy at Bebe for $89.

These short boots have chic studs wrapping around the ankles in a moto / Western vibe (strange how those two are so similar and so different... though riding a horse and riding a motorcycle aren't that different... I digress). Buy at Lord & Taylor for the sale price of $200.

Really the current pant shape is cropped, cuffed and slightly loose - you don't need to be extreme to look chic! These pants are a perfect example and are only $140 at Luv Charlie.

Usually tiered skirts have floaty fabrics like chiffon, I don't know if I've ever seen one made with corduroy before!! Totally unique and genius, buy at Satine for $255.

This mini crossbody purse could not be a more perfect way to jazz up a little black dress! It's one of those pieces that actually should be described as "fierce"... can you believe it's by Coach?? Buy at Nordstrom for $298 in blue or purple.
