Marsha Thompson Mahla I just tried the mini crustless quiches. I forgot the garlic, added too much onion powder and tumeric and used green onion and fakin bacon (instead of the bell peppers and mushrooms) and it was still soooo good. The recipe is fool proof! Thanks for sharing your recipes.
