Aye up Louis, Steff from Washington UK. I read an article by Joe or Arnold about 15 yrs ago in Muscle and Fitness,very sorry for the memory lapse so please excuse. It read as this:- . There is no reason why you cannot be as fit at 50 as you were at 18. Is this True, or is it just a Myth. You must be nearly 60 now an...d should really use an up to date profile pic. Any of your advice would be very much appreciated. I am 49 yr old at xmas, a heavy smoker and 8 stone over wieght. I now have a 10 yr old son who is copying my ways. He dosent smoke & never will, but I want to be an above average Father as yours was to you. Good Wishes to you Louis & all that you do in Life. Your a truly Amazing Person.
