Fiesta really is one of America's truly great festivals. It began as a way to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto. For more than 100 years Fiesta has celebrated the diversity and culture of San Antonio.

Fiesta San Antonio LULAC Council No. 2 announced Baltazar "Walter" Serna as the new Rey Feo Oct. 24 in a fundraising party and crowned Jaz Muckleroy as the new La Reina de la Feria de las Flores.
Fiesta San Antonio Hail to the new Rey Feo! It was announced Saturday night that Baltazar "Walter" Serna will wear the crown as El Rey Feo LXII in 2010. His Reina de la Feria, Jaz Muckleroy, was crowned at the LULAC Council No. 2 fundraiser that evening. Both official Fiesta royalty earned their places by raising funds for scholarships.
