Crystal Grayson Cranford MY SON AND I WERE WATCHING BOBBY FLAY YESTERDAY, "SOUTHERN ITALIAN", and we noticed that the man making the fresh mozarella had hairy arms. we were wondering if that grossed anybody else out? he used his arms to pull the mozarella out and rolled it with his arms, too! surely a hair had to come out in the hot, sticky cheese!

Jan Hultermans Last night I saw the food network for the first time. I was impressed with all the techniques like carving on fruits. I think I'll watch more to improve some skills for our business: Creating Cakes!

Pamela I love the food network!!The only problem is when I am watching unwrapped or Drive-in, Diner & Dive's I eat compulsively eat at night because the food gets me soooo hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jan Collins does anyone have a chicken blt chicken salad with a basil dressing . It has chicken , bacon , tomatoes & cutrons in it ...I can not remember the seasoning or waht was in the basil dressing .. I beleive the recipe was showen on Sara Moulton a few years ago .. i can't find it on foodnetwork -- it is so good -- i want to make it ..
