Foodies... Where Friends Meet To Cook
Buy a whole pomegranate at the grocery store. Cut it in half and then pull apart the membranes. Put the membrane pieces in a bowl of water and start to separate the seeds from the membrane. The seeds will sink and the membranes will float. You will then have fresh pomegranate seeds. You can also separate the seeds and freeze them for later use.
