Its so much easier with people being able to make appointments when they get home from work and the office is closed.. I've even added it to my message on my answering machine and I've gotten great results!

However, I would love it even more if I could synch it with my phone! Any chance of getting an icalendar or google calendar type of synchronization? Not sure what to call it.
Also, while I'm ranting ;) I would love to make the appointment scheduling & reviews page customizable to look more like my ...website, text confirmations would be nice too!

Genbook Once you've got the BookNow button (or link) on your site, tell your clients they can start booking online. Mention Genbook in your voicemail greeting! Many Genbookers have done this and gotten great results. An example: "You can now make appointments online, 24 hours a day. Simply go to our website (www.site.com) and click on the BookNow button to schedule your next appointment."
