My clients love it and for those who haven't used it, I go to the site when they re-book after a session so they can see how easy it is to use. The reviews from clients after seesions are a bonus I wasn't expecting!

Janice

Janice I just found Genboook today and am so excited! I opened my massage practice last year, and as a one-therapist office, I can't afford a receptionist. I am looking forward to seeing how it can increase my business.

I will do all that. I have one question that probably isn't covered in FAQ. I currently have a website that will cease operating at the end of December, and my new website will begin in January. Should I wait to put the booknow button on my new website, or is it easy to transfer when you change websites? I will have a new URL, so that is why I am wondering--I don't want to go through the registration process twice and have to change all my passwords, etc.

Put your BookNow button on your current website AND on your new one when it's live. No need to re-register. You can also put the button on several pages on your site(s) if you want; no matter where the buttons are placed, they all link back to your customized Genbook booking web-page!

Sharon Joag I Love GenBook!! It has really been helpful for booking appts through my website. Its so much easier with people being able to make appointments when they get home from work and the office is closed.. I've even added it to my message on my answering machine and I've gotten great results!

I love Genbook....

However, I would love it even more if I could synch it with my phone! Any chance of getting an icalendar or google calendar type of synchronization? Not sure what to call it.

Also, while I'm ranting ;) I would love to make the appointment scheduling & reviews page customizable to look more like my ...website, text confirmations would be nice too!

I've found another company that provides these services (not sure about the text confirmations), but I love genbook, so I've been waiting it out. Any thoughts on implementing any of these anytime soon?

Thank you! I was referring to Text confirmations for my clients. I've began using Genbook in August 2008 and love it! I do the Genbook Solo (I believe?) and receive the texts to my phone confirming new bookings. It would also be nice to be able to see the notes in the text. lol...I know, I'm always wanting more. ;)

Genbook Once you've got the BookNow button (or link) on your site, tell your clients they can start booking online. Mention Genbook in your voicemail greeting! Many Genbookers have done this and gotten great results. An example: "You can now make appointments online, 24 hours a day. Simply go to our website (www.site.com) and click on the BookNow button to schedule your next appointment."

Hi Michelle. Check out the "Combining Services" post in our support blog for a suggested solution. You can set up a few "combo" services that actually include two or more services being booked as one. Please note that if the service will require more than one technician at the same time, you'll need to manually coordinate that from within the ...
