Libbie I just accessed RealArcade and it directed me to combine my account with the new site at Gamehouse, which I did. When I did that I got the congratulations message and was told I would get 2 game credits per month instead of just the one for the same price. However, I was only offered one free game credit. So, was wondering where my 2nd credit is?
Madeline Montanez u have to transfer ur real arcade account over to gamehouse , real arcade sent me an email for transffering my account and it worked out well. It was confusing at first , but i figured it out.

Become a fan??? Now that's a joke. I've been a Real Arcade member for a couple of years now. Due to financial difficulties, I have to drop my account. Guess what? I can't! I cannot log in! Game House seems to have taken it over and I can click on "Log In" until the cows come home and NOTHING HAPPENS. Likewise, I can't... download any demos. When I click on the link for Customer Support, I get a BLANK SCREEN. I'm not sure I am going to remain a member of Real Archade/Game House and I have been a member for several years. So far all it's been is a pain in the ____, lots of problems, and downloading a demo is terrible. If you decide you don't want the game you have trouble getting rid of it. Anyone thinking of joining Game... House, please read all the problems people are having with them. I'm also a member of Big Fish Games (once again for several years) and I NEVER have problems and they have an awesome selection of games (a new game everyday.)Read More

I'm so mad at gamehouse. I downloaded gardenscapes , played the 1 hour game and decided I did NOT want to continue the game. NOW every time I start my computer the game ICON pops-up interuping all my work. I have tried to erase it but to not evail. I have even gone so far as to restore my computer to a previous date (b...efore I even downloaded the game) and it still comes up interuping my work. Dawn Zerby So gamehouse contacted me as you can see below. I sent an e-mail to them likes they asked. Still NOTHING still cannot log in still cannot get acess to what I have paid for and still am upset that they would do this to loyal customers that have made them what they are today. With out us the company would have never stayed in bussiness this long. Yet we are the ones that pay the price.....

I agree wholeheartedly with Dawn Zerby and Ivory Robinson (posts below)!!! Everytime I try to go to the website as soon as it finishes loading the entire page turns dark and none of the links work -- the only thing I can do is refresh or close the page. Tried refreshing numerous times -- same result. Tried on numero...us days at numerous times -- same result! Now I am paying the monthly charge for games I have no access to and I have no way to cancel my account. I used to use gameHouse and real arcade. NOW I WARN PEOPLE NOT TO USE IT. I can no longer log in nor get any game to play or download. I cannot even get the support service or numbers to show up. I played last week and now cannot touch anything that I have paid for over the years. Now I am paying for an account that I ...cannot even get into to cancle. I know my mom cancled hers after losing 12 games and they refuse to give her credits to rebuy the games or new ones. I recomended this site to other for over 5 years. Now I am sorry that I did that.
