Nicole Holcombe  just went to my first homeowners meeting, and I must say they are quite organized and efficient. Done in an hour! Now, time to unwind with a glass (or three) of Tres Ojos Garnacha from Who Cut The Cheese Maui, gourmet mac and cheese, and a little cumin gouda :)

Made from 100% fully mature Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon fruit. It's deep pomegranate color is followed by aromas of strawberry, cranberry and red apple. It's light and full of bright red fruit and slight acidity dancing on the palate, ends with a juicy finish!

        We now carry Qupe a Central Coast Syrah (98% Syrah and 2% Grenache)
        ...
        This wine is essentially a blend of cool-climate Santa Barbara grapes and warm-climate Paso Robles grapes. The cool-climate fruit gives spice, acidity and balanced alcohol while the warm-climate fruit give softness, roundness, ripeness and more up-front fruit flavors and aromas. We tasted and found it to be delicious, a great sipping wine! Thanks Nicole for the suggestion!
