I try to run 6x/week I try for 30 minutes on my treadmill ! maybe 2-3 miles . starting running in 73, to get rid of stress, ! Glad to hear your not smoking anymore. I live with a smoker, it,s horrible. I also have asthma, so the smoking just makes it worse. I keep telling her she needs to quit, but goes in one ear, ou...t the other, if you know what I mean, lol
you and I, are quite similar, self motivated , bet you have a positive attitude also
and a lot of self discipline ! Am I right ? (:
