Rob Sitter I don't understand how anyone can take a life and treat it like that, I never have. Animal cruelty punishments in this country are too light too... Nothing will happen to Patricia Moore just like nothing happened to those a##holes that microwaved that cat. We need a stronger justice system for animals.

Dave Wladyka The lights went out in Texas town - Thensomething near the refineries exploded... The lights came back on seconds later...I live in the Oak Ridge Trailer park...Happened around 6:50PM today.

Eli Koning i can't believe there's another animal breeder that's not taking proper care of their animals. i think Patricia Moore should be charged on multiple accounts of animal cruelty. i also think there should be a bylaw for all breeders saying that they can only have a certain number of animals, and if they can't be taken car...e of properly, then the breeder should be fined and be prohibited from breeding again. sorry future breeders, but if i get an animal i'm getting it from the SPCA, at least they CARE for their animals.

One of my dogs was from a puppy mill. She had only god knows how many babies before the SPCA got her. Then she had a horrible life after getting adopted from the SPCA. I found her as a "Free to good home" ad. She was skin and bones, matted all to heck, no social skills, and didn't know that pee'ing outside is a GOOD thing, and knocking on deaths ... See Moredoor! (She is a Shih Tzu cross). After a year, she is healthy, FAT, and happier than a pig in poo! People who abuse animals in ANY WAY, should be treated the way they treated the animals!!!

People need to stop buying puppies from pet stores, the newspaper, online places like Kijiji. These animals come from puppy mills and back yard breeders who are trying to make a quick buck. They do not do any health testing, they just put 2 dogs together and will tell you anything to get you to buy their puppy. They know people can't resist that ... See Morecute little puppy they have! If you are looking for a purebred do your homework. Go to local dog shows and ask LOTS of questions. Join a breed group on the internet and ask lots of questions. They will usually give you plenty of info & let you know of good breeders. Get to know the breeder and the dogs before hand. Don't expect a puppy today, or even next week. Be prepared to wait. Look into breed rescue. If you need your puppy now there are plenty at the Humane Society who would love a forever home.
