LOL, that's funny! Drew has a great double-chocolate cupcake recipe that he rarely makes b/c I prefer vanilla flavors. It's really similar to the red velvet cupcake recipe, except he uses the Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate cake mix with no food coloring, and he puts dark cocoa powder in the frosting. I bet your son will love that!
