Ron - its usually located at the back of the hot water heater fastened into the WH or close to it in the hot line going from the WH to the coach - make sure you open hot water tap first to releive any pressure .

Thanks, Mike I guess I will let Candy's camper do it. I just hate to pay that $85.00 an hr. They said they can do it in less than an hr. $15.00 parts. You are lucky to get out for $100.00 anytime you take one in.

Ron all you need is a wrench in most cases - if your handy with tools then try it yourself - just wondering why do you want to remove it?

I talked to camping world today and they said they would show me something that might work. I'm gonna run by and see what he has up his sleeve.

I took my camper to Candy's campers and they checked it and the check valve was ok. I had put a new water filter in about a month ago. It took about 2 hrs to find that the filter was constricting and cutting off the water when under high pressure. Worked fine running off the pump. So it cost me $114.00 to figure it out. But in in my memory bank now.
