Patrick Rotonda would love to see a show on cooking with a wok/homemade stir fry.

Rebecca Moon My kids won't eat cranberry sauce (even Alton's). So I'm making cranberry jello with cranberries jelled inside for Thanksgiving.

Melissa I would like to thank you for your show and that there isn't 90% of the recipes with onions in it. My husband is allergic to onion so I'm hesitant to use recipes with onion in it. I would like to see a show with alternative ingredients to foods that cause allergic reactions.

Esther Michaelson I think everyone should make a salt grider out of thier drill! *giggles* I love this stuff-and my brother never cooked until he watched this show

Rebecca Moon We all know that Alton is a bit Kosher salt crazy, but I decided to try the pinch of Kosher salt on the coffee grounds before brewing (from the newest man food episode). It really does help the flavor of the coffee. Darn, that Alton Brown! He seems to be right almost all the time. :)

Jason Goossen MMMmm Pea Burgers...

Annie One word: butter! :)

Yvette Pacheco Golden My husband and I absolutely *LOVE* your show!! You take food and food info to a whole new level... keep up the great work!! :)

Daniel Sly How many other men could make an entire show on the perfect hamburger or cup of coffee interesting? Alton Brown is a genius!

Trisha loves the combination of food and science! He's a genius...I do beleive I have a foodie crush! ;-)

Liz Pearson Alton, I love your show! I have been cooking since I was a young girl but I still learn something new each time I watch your show. Thank you for the excellent information!
