Gerry Skiles Can you please explain why Texas allows illegal aliens who have attended US High schools (at tax payer expense) to receive in-state tuition at State colleges? Keyword here being ILLEGAL! However those who have gone through the proper procedures and process to be legality admitted to the USA and to attend college can ...never receive instate benefits. Are you also aware that this policy in Texas goes against Federal law? What is your position on illegal immigration from Mexico? I as well as others I’m sure are would like to hear about your position on this issue.
