Greater Des Moines Music Coalition Each month the DMMC helps promote a local show at venues across the Des Moines metro. Hitting different venues and multiple genres, Concert Corps hopes to get more people out to shows to support local musicians and venues.

Windsor Drive, Camera Can't Lie, and Here's My Chance play at The House Of Bricks on November 30 f...or this month's Concert Corps. Windsor Drive (from Wausau, WI and Houston, TX) and Camera Can't Lie (Minneapolis, MN) are touring together and their stop in Des Moines features locals Here's My Chance and Graduated Failure. All four are young bands along the alt-rock pop-punk vein.

Here's My Chance released their debut album, Through The Towns, in 2008 and this year released a five song EP, You Had It Coming. This is what Corey Gella of the DMMC said about Through The Towns:

"...these guys have great pop sensibilities. Each song pulls you in to the band's world where shimmering guitars, power chord breakdowns, and epic choruses rule the day. Here's My Chance has played with numerous local indie and punk acts, and has shared the stage with notable national acts The Academy Is, A Day to Remember, and Yellowcard."

The show is at House of Bricks (525 East Grand Ave), starts at 5pm and is all ages. The price is $7.
