Right now, the only way to completely avoid GMOs (genetically modified organisms) is to buy Organic. We're working with our local vendors who aren't yet certified to ensure all their ingredients are GMO-free. That's actually quite a task considering 90% of non-organic corn and 80% of non-organic soy...

I’m beyond belief excited that we’re getting green tomatoes again. When we were planning our trip to wine country, one of my friends passed along a newsletter from the Visitors Bureau that had a few great green tomato recipes. I’ve been saving it until we get green tomatoes again!

Local Food Hybrid-Potluck - You're welcome to bring something, but you don't have to. All dishes made with at least some locally produced, organically grown food.
We'll get a local chef to prepare some dishes with in-season Greenling Organic products and invite Greenlings to prepare their own, too. The group will decide... which ones get to go in the Greenling Central Texas Seasonal cookbook (name to be improved later) and the creator will get featured in the book.
So bring your best recipes and let Greenling make you famous! Or just come and enjoy a party.
We'll also have some Greenling beverages and spirits, desserts, and some great company! This event is kid friendly (we even have a tree-house).

There are two Sunset Trails, unfortunately. One has house numbers from 4500-5000, the other from 1-30. We're not on the street that connects the feeder road with Jones road. Our Sunset is 1/2 block east of that one and heads from Jones road down to a creek.
Please pull into the driveway or park on only one side of the street (whichever side everyone else is parked on).Read More
