It's a Greenpeace press release stating that: Atlantic bluefin tuna meets the criteria for a ban on international trade, according to global scientists of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT).

Marine Reserves is the ultimate tool to protect our exploited sea from: destructive fishing, coastal dumping, coastal development, pollution and climate change effects.

Did anyone state it is an armed vessel at the first place?

No. That was a half-hearted stab at humor. I did not even read the newspaper article. However, the Sirius was here before (possibly others as well) with no apparent problems leaking to the Press. It was a let-down to see that the docking of the Rainbow Warrior was deflected at the last moment. My comment stems from the resentment of witnessing past attempts by a number of countries to intimidate the NGO.
