I purchased a large swim bundle and immediately fell in love with this product. I began to swim as a part of physical therapy for a back injury sustained working as an emergency medical technician. But without music swimming was just a drag. H2O audio has changed all of that. There is one thing tho, I did expireced a p...roblem with my surge headphones malfunctioning. Thankfully Jei Choi and support staff replaced my defective parts free of charge. I will continue to buy and love my H2O Audio product.Read More

Can anyone offer some tips on getting the Surge earbuds to stay in securely? I upgraded to an Interval from a 1st gen/H3 setup, but I can't swim more than 2-3 laps before one of them falls out. I thought it was simply a matter of finding the right size, but I've tried nearly all of them. Even pushing off softly from... the wall and "swimming on eggshells," I still have issues (especially once they get wet). Compared to my other in-ear monitors (Etymotics), it seems like the barrel on the surge units is wider and shorter than it should be (?), so they can't get much of a grip on my ear canal. I can put them in using usual earplug method, but it just takes very little force for them to come back out. Any thoughts? I'd hate to go back to an H3 setup, since the sound quality of the Surge is 10x better. But at least there's no worries on the H3's falling out.Read More

Bill Hayek I now clip my H2Audio to the back of my baseball cap and use when running too. Shorter wires and shuffle doesn't unclip either!

Brittany Therese Fox there was a monsoon in houston when i went running tonight. it's nice having a water-proof case when i'm practically swimming in the rain! i can use my nike + system and listen to music no matter how much it pours. thanks for a great product!

H2O Audio What a week! Many thanks to all of you out there for the great response to our latest gear. There's nothing like working on something for months, sending them out there - and hearing that we dialed things in better than ever... So now, a little mental health break for all of us (and yeah, I think we have some headphones that would fit all of them... ;)

Super suits will still be legal when Europe clash with the USATHE inaugural Duel in the Pool, a Ryder Cup style swimming contest between the USA and a Europe select team, could be overshadowed by the super swimsuit

Adil Begalinov I also had problem with partically broken latch and H2O audio were very helpful and sent me a replacement latch. Thank you guys, I just can't swim without the interval anymore.

Paul Gonzales I dropped my case and the latch that seals the unit broke in half. It's holding on by one side, is it possible to order a new latch. Looks like I should be able to push the pin out and replace it. I love this thing can't swim without it. It's the case for the iPOD shuffle 2nd Gen.
